Andy's Book+ Recommendations
There are a number of books that help understand security that are great for anyone to get a good grasp of security, and for any security person to grow their understanding. These are generally about the mindset rather than specific technologies. These are the ones I've found and enjoyed, and I'm sure there are plenty more.
